We are a small, but dedicated hobby breeder based in Berkshire.
We have owned these wonderful cats for the past 12 years.
Willowood specializes in the following colours: Blue, Cream,
and Black Selfs, Bi-colours and associated Torties - although,
from time to time we may have other colours available.
Our breeding prefix is Willowood,
which is registered with the GCCF (Governing Council for the
Cat Fancy), and as such we are bound by, and adhere to the
rules laid down by them.
All of our kittens leave home GCCF registered, fully vaccinated
and fully health-checked by our vet. We provide you with a
five generation pedigree certificate and a kitten 'goodie
bag', which contains: samples of the food that we recommend
for the kitten - and which they have had since weening; a
litter tray and scoop; litter which they have become used
to; food bowls and toys, in fact everything that you need
to get yourself started. You will also receive a comprehensive
care sheet for your new kitten and of course a lifetime of
support from us.
We breed for quality, not quantity - to maintain the breed
standard. Our kittens come from good pedigree lines. We are
members of the SBSHCC (Southern British Shorthair Cat Club).
All of our cats and kittens are lovingly reared in the home
as part of our family. This ensures that our kittens are accustomed
to the hustle and bustle of a family environment right from
birth. All of our kittens have lovely, lively outgoing personalities,
they have excellent temperaments and they make fantastic companions,
who love to be part of the family.
